Recruitment is paramount in any industry and no more than in the ski business. We consider age, experience level, aptitude and maturity when hiring our seasonal staff.

To manage the day-to-day operations of the business, members of our senior team are on hand 24 hours; every day of the week to ensure everything about your holiday is running to your expectations. Our recruitment season commences in May each and does not end until we have found the right people for each and every position.

Our staff are the very heart of our business and we know that by recruiting efficiently and wisely our guests throughout the skiing season will benefit from their professionalism and enthusiasm. , Seasonal staff are kept fully up-to-date on everything that occurs at their resorts with weekly meetings and group discussions that occur throughout the season. Such occasions are also used as think tanks where ideas are exchanged that can be used to improve the hospitality provided in each and every chalet

Before each season commences we hire experienced personnel that includes drivers, ski technicians, chefs, transport assistants, resort managers, hosts and for many other roles to attend to any and every aspect of the booking and holiday process.
